Morgan Trainer for a Day- Clearwater Beach Aquarium

Clearwater Beach Aquarium is a marine hospital. Today I went to the aquarium to be a trainer for a day. Things I got to do where: I cut off fish heads and grounded up vitamin pills and squished them into meatballs for the otters.
I then got to see the stranded baby sea turtles. They are kept in the back where visitors are not allowed.
I went to feed the otters the food i had prepared earlier. i got to practice target training with the otters, Its where you hold your fist up to the net and say target they put there noses on your fist and get a fish.
Next I made a dolphin toy out of rope, dive ring, and a water jug.
I played with the dolphin Panama, as seen in my pics, I learned that Panama is the oldest and biggest (over 400 lbs.) dolphin at the aquarium. She is also deaf. Later I played with Nickolas, another dolphin (see pics) I was able to learn some commands and participate in the daily dolphin show. one of the commands was a wave which i thought would have the dolphin wave goodbye to the crowd, but instead it was a command to soak everyone including me. I thought this was an awesome experience. i recommend it to everyone.
